Athletics

Chaminade ID
A CUH ID is required for entry to some venues and to obtain a parking permit. If you need a new or replacement ID, stop by Client Services on the lower level of the Sullivan Family Library.
Counseling Center and ADA Accommodations
The Chaminade Counseling Center is located in the Student Support Services Building, Room 101. Contact Dr. June Yasuhara at (808) 735-4845 or jyasuhar@chaminade.edu, or visit the Counseling Center, Monday-Friday, 9am -7pm.
The Counseling Center also oversees the “De-Stress Zone”, a resource center for all students located in Henry Hall, Room 209. Hours are Monday through Friday, 12:00pm -4:00pm.
CUH E-mail

Emergency Plan
The University Emergency Plan is available online. It is important for all of us to be informed and prepared.
Meal Plans
Plans are available for purchase for faculty & staff. Visit the Chaminade Dining Services website for further information and pricing. Staff & faculty are entitled to one complimentary meal per academic year in the Silversword Dining Hall. Please bring your current, valid CUH ID for entry.
Medical Withdrawals from the University
Please refer students to the Office of the Dean of Students, Henry Hall, Room 221.
New Student Orientation
Orientation takes place Thursday, January 12th, through Monday, January 16th. For more information, contact staff in the Office of Retention, Advising, and Career Preparation at (808) 735-4815.
Retention, Advising, and Career Preparation
The Office of Retention, Advising, and Career Preparation is here to help students and support faculty. The office is located in Clarence T.C. Ching Hall, Room 252.
Security

Smoking On Campus
Please refer to the Student Handbook to review the smoking policy, including Hawaii State law changes that went into effect in January 2016.
Student Handbooks for AY 2016-2017
Handbooks are available in the Office of the Dean of Students, Henry Hall, Room 221. The handbook may also be viewed online.
Tutoring & Test Administration
Services will be available for students through the Chaminade Tutoring Center (part of the Office of Retention, Advising, and Career Preparation), located in the Student Support Services Building. Free tutoring is available, both in-person and online, for all undergraduate students.
Test Administration is available for students with ADA accommodations. Contact the Tutor Coordinator, Bro. Allen Pacquing, at (808) 735-8305 or allen.pacquing@chaminade.edu for more information.
